Safety Tips

Wax Melts

  • Wax melts should only be used in appropriate wax melt warmers.
  • Add one or two pieces at a time until the required melted wax fill is reached.
  • Do not overfill the wax melt burner initially as the wax will spill over.
  • Always wait until the wax cools and hardens and then remove.
  • Always take care to ensure no damage is caused whilst removing hardened wax

Tea light warmers

  • Always use a tea light candle
  • Failure to follow these instructions could result in a fire hazard.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended or move it when lit.
  • Remove all packaging before use.
  • Only use with a good quality tea light.
  • Never use more than one tea light
  • Keep the Wax Melt Warmer and tea light out of the reach of children and pets.
  • Do not burn the tea-light or leave the wax melt warmer on or near anything combustible
  • Ensure the wax melt warmer is well ventilated. There must be at least 50mm of space above the flame within the wax melt warmer.
  • The wax melt warmer becomes very hot during use, do not touch or move whilst alight or whilst wax remains molten.
  • Once extinguished allow wax melt burner to cool before moving.
  • Do not use metal objects to clean out the wax.
  • Only use on a heat resistant surface

Electric Wax Melt Warmer

  • For maximum scent throw and longevity we recommend an electrical wax warmer with a minimum power of 40w.

  • Never leave an electric wax melt warmer unattended whilst in use.
  • Remove all packaging before use.
  • Keep the electric wax melt warmer out of the reach of children and pets.
